Our Principal

Dani Grimaldo is a passionate Dallas ISD instructional leader with 14 years of experience in education. Driven by her personal journey as the daughter of immigrant parents, she holds a deep core belief that all children deserve access to a joyful, supportive, and high-achieving learning environment. While serving as the Assistant Principal at Lorenzo De Zavala Elementary, she is deeply committed to ensuring the highest quality of instruction for every student by utilizing collaborative coaching and data-driven decisions. She holds a master’s degree in educational administration and policy studies and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at Arlington.
